By submitting content such as personal or form data in written, photographic, video or other media formats, you are consenting to our use of this data for business purposes only in so far as this adheres to the law.

Discount Terms
We offer discounts through the year, but we are a subscription service. The intention of offering discounts is to spread the cost for, and the offer of benefits to, our members. Participating in discount promotions for a first box assumes sign up to a subscription service for more than one box purchase. If you use any discount against a subscription service to purchase a single box and cancel that subscription before delivery, you will be refunded instead as you will have by this action refused the offer to sign up our subscription service.
Promotional Offers
From time to time we will use promotional offers.
Promotional offers are clearly indicated as promotional offers, discounts, coupons, coupon codes, introductory offers or similar. We do not mislead our audience, customers, members or subscribers in any way through the use of promotional offers.
By taking part in any promotion you will be offered a clearly identifiable reward or discount towards our existing products. For example, where we offer 10% off, you will be charged the full cost of an existing item with 10% reduced from this full cost. We will never exaggerate promotions or costs to mislead you into a perception that you are receiving a greater offer than that stated. All promotions will be indicated openly through the offer.
When you make a purchase using any of our promotional offers you are hereby signing-up for our subscription service and will be charged the regular monthly amount of £19.79 one month after your first purchase.
All promotions are subject to availability and we are dedicated to ensuring offers will be honoured in a timely manner. Where time limits exist, we will clearly indicate offers are time limited. Where products are limited we will indicate products are limited.
By taking part in a promotional offer you are consenting to be contacted by us throughout the timescale of the offer. This may include marketing surveys, feedback requests or further promotional communications. If you have created an account during a promotional offer, we will communicate with you as our member and/or subscriber. We will never share or sell information gathered in this way with third parties.

We reserve the right to exclude from a promotion, ban from our website or social media channels, seek legal recourse, and/or terminate a membership if after investigation there is sufficient evidence that a user has violated the stated terms with regards to any promotion, competition, or other discount offer. We are happy to discuss this and are committed to transparency in any such an investigation.
Seasonal Giveaways
Occasionally we will run giveaways and competitions via our social media channels and website. The promoter is: Franks Pets Ltd trading as Snack at Franks.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Snack at Franks and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter competitions unless otherwise stated. By entering any competitions, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

A person may enter multiple times if stated in the competition terms. This will usually be by sharing, commenting and/or liking the competition post on social media multiple times. In the instance that there can only be one entry per person, this will be communicated via the official giveaway announcement.
For entry closing dates and competition winner announcements please see the details within the official announcement. Winners will be announced via our social media channels and weekly newsletters. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
One winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Snack at Franks by stated closing date.
The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize. By sharing their address, the winner agrees to these terms.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Any and all promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Snack at Franks and not to any other party. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
